Q. HOW IS THE PRINT MANAGED?

A. This is a small business that prints independently; all prints are done in-house and not by a commercial printer. 

 

Q. HOW MANY RUNS OF PRINT DO YOU DO?

A. All prints are very limited in edition and once sold out, it is sold out.

 

Q. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGE. WHAT DO I DO?

A. If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to themadameditor@gmail.com and a replacement will be sent out at no extra charge to you. Please contact within 24 hours of receipt of your item.

 

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

A. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. For shipping times: within the UK please allow 3-5 working days after despatch, for US & Canada please allow 7-14 working days after despatch, for Europe please allow 7-10 working days after despatch, for ROW please allow up to two weeks after despatch. These timings are out of our control hence. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders will appear as unfulfilled until you receive a tracking number.

Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer.

 

Q. WHERE IS MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

A. Delivery for orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may take up to 30 days due to international customs processing time. We will do our best to expedite the process but unfortunately customs procedures are beyond our control. If your package appears to be not moving, this is most likely an indication that it is still in customs.

 

Q. WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED EXTRA FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

A. International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.K.) do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Q. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?

A. We are unable to offer gift wrapping at present.

 

Q. DO YOU OFFER FRAMING OPTIONS?

A. Not at present, all prints come without frame.

 

Q. CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

A. Unfortunately not at present.

 

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. If you would like to cancel your order, you must email themadameditor@gmail.com within 3 hours. We are unable to cancel any orders after this time.
